ALTO General Aviation Services was founded in 2001 by Peter N. Fries and Hans-Friedrich Bültmann to offer design & build services solely for the needs of the General Aviation. ALTO has grown steadily in size and has diversified in new fields in order to become a leading international construction and planning partner for the international airport community, especially for their General Aviation projects.
